Our goal is to serve as an extension of your practice, providing rapid access to specialists and timely communication throughout the process so that your clients are confident their pets are in good hands.
We know you are busy, so we've made our referral process as efficient as possible.
- Call in for a phone consultation or simply fax, mail or email a one-page ' form and any applicable records. Appointments may be made by either the client or the referring doctor.
- Once booked, we confirm with the referring doctor and client. Immediately after the procedure, we follow-up with both parties as well.
- Within 24 hours, you'll receive documentation of treatment and next steps so you'll be well-informed when your client returns for ongoing care.
