Good Communication Means Better Case Management and Less Stress
We know it is stressful when you have a sick or injured pet. That’s why, in addition to specialty expertise, you can also expect compassionate care for your pet and considerate communication for you and your vet to help you better manage the situation and the stress.
We make the process of seeing us simple. Either you or your doctor can make the appointment to see us. We will arrange to get a copy of the records or you may be asked to bring them with you. We will tell you and your vet what we know.
Our customer care team is available by phone Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Outpatient consultations and in-hospital surgical procedures are carried out Monday through Friday.
